Do you accept custom orders?

Yes. We specialize in curated creations and are happy to customize select boxes and floral arrangements based on your event or gifting needs. Please contact us directly for custom inquiries.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing orders at least 5–7 days in advance. For large events or corporate gifting, we suggest 2–3 weeks’ notice to ensure availability.

Can I include a personalized message?

Absolutely. A complimentary gift note may be added at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

Yes, the articles bought online or through click and collect can be returned even at the stores. We suggest you carry the invoice along as it helps the processing easier. The return is possible if the place of delivery/pickup is in the same city where the store is located.

Do you offer next-day delivery?

Take your parcel to your chosen drop off Unfortunately, next-day delivery is typically not available, as many of our creations require careful preparation and we often have orders scheduled in advance. Our minimum notice is 5 days prior to delivery.

However, we understand that special situations arise. Please contact us directly, and if we are able to accommodate your request, we will be happy to do so.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date?

Yes. You may select your preferred delivery date during checkout.

How should I store edible boxes?

Edible items should be refrigerated upon arrival unless otherwise noted. For optimal freshness and presentation, we recommend enjoying them within 24–48 hours.

Do you offer dietary accommodations?

Yes. Please add a note at checkout regarding any allergies or dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate. For more specific requests, we encourage contacting us prior to placing your order.

Are your flowers fresh?

Yes. We use fresh seasonal blooms unless otherwise specified.

How long will my floral arrangement last?

With proper care, most arrangements last 3–7 days, depending on flower type and environment.

Do you offer corporate gifting?

Yes. We offer curated client gifts, branded corporate boxes, and event gifting solutions. Please inquire for bulk pricing and custom branding options.

Do you provide florals and edible boxes for weddings and events?

Yes. We offer styling and curated designs for bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events, and intimate celebrations.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

What is your cancellation policy?

Orders canceled more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee due to preparation, sourcing, and reserved production time.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable.

Please note that custom orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified, or returned, as they are specially designed and prepared for each client.
